The game is based on the traditional game “Frustration” and is similar to Parcheesi, but in Trouble, the players take turns rolling a die using a Pop-O-Matic bubble to roll the die. The Trouble game set includes a plastic game unit with a Pop-O-Matic die roller, 16 pegs, as well as a game board and instructions.

The trouble game has a bubble that pops and colorful pieces that are red, yellow, green, and blue. To play, each player picks a pawn to move, and pawns can only move from their home base if they get a six by rolling the dice. But watch out! If another player lands in the same space as your pawn, it gets sent back to the beginning.

To win the trouble game, you would need to move your four pegs to the final area or space on the pop-o-matic board. But along the way, with special spaces like stars to spin turn styles and Double Trouble and Warp spaces that give players extra powers, the game is full of strange twists and turns.
